• John has been training me for over a year now. Starting with a practical approach to a diet that works with my lifestyle (rather than a regimented ‘fad’ diet that some are too keen to push) his combination of cardio, kettlebells, floor exercises and interval training means that I never get bored, unlike the monotony of a commercial gym. The sports massage every now and again is a bonus. His holistic approach to personal fitness has helped me improve both the physical and mental aspects of my life.
